WATERCOLOR PET PORTRAIT WORKSHOP

Class Date: Saturday, March 1st

Class Time: 12pm-3pm

Take your love of your beloved pet to the next level with this special painting workshop!

This beginner friendly workshop will introduce you to the magical world of watercolor painting as we create a portrait of your pet - whether it’s a cat, dog, bunny, even a chicken, turtle, or something else! 

Watercolors are an incredible medium to work with! You will be guided through different brushstroke techniques, color theory exercises and step-by-step instruction on how to set up a portrait painting as well as tips and tricks along the way.

Then we will move on to creating your very own watercolor for you to take home and display! Your finished painting will also be turned into a set of stationery for you to use and enjoy.

Each workshop ticket includes:

• 3 hours of hands on instruction from a talented artist and small business owner

• Watercolor paper

• Pencil + polymer eraser

• 1 pre-filled paint palette

• 2 paint brushes

• 1 archival ink pen

• Set of stationery (will be printed for you following the class)

• Snack bento box + treats

• Beverages (sparkling water and an optional adult beverage)

MEET YOUR INSTRUCTOR: ANNA MUNIZ

Anna is the artist and owner of Watercoloratx, based in Austin, Texas. Her work is inspired by the architecture and character of her hometown, Austin. Anna taught herself how to watercolor in 2017 and has loved it ever since! When she isn't working on watercolors, she enjoys drinking coffee, playing with her dog Darcy and trying new restaurants!

Cancellations: We do not allow cancellations as we have committed to compensating our instructor for their time, supplies and talent. However, if you are unable to attend the workshop, let us know within 48 hours and you can either send someone else in your place or have this workshop's materials shipped to you.

Dietary restrictions: We will be providing a light meal for all of our workshop attendees. At this time we are not able to cater to every dietary restriction but will have a vegetarian option available. (Please make a selection at check out, once your selection has been made we are unable to modify.)

Age requirements: The Paper + Craft Pantry workshops are created for adults and are not recommended for anyone under the age of 18 years old. We are unable to seat anyone under age without a ticketed parent or legal guardian who is also attending this class.
