INTRO TO WATERCOLOR ARCHITECTURE WORKSHOP

Class Date: Saturday, June 3rd

Class Time: 12pm–3pm

Get ready to explore the world of watercolors while creating a truly treasured art piece of your home! This can be your first home, childhood home as well as make a sweet gift!

Watercolors are an incredible medium to work with! You will be guided through different brushstroke techniques, color theory exercises and step-by-step instruction on how to set up a landscape painting as well as tips and tricks along the way.

You will leave this workshop with a ready-to-frame, heirloom portrait of your home you will love and treasure for years to come!

Each workshop ticket includes:

  • 3 hours of hands on instruction from a talented artist and small business owner

  • Watercolor paper

  • Custom template of your home (instructions will be provided on how to submit photos of your home)

  • Curated watercolor paint palette

  • Pencil + polymer eraser

  • 2 paint brushes

  • 1 archival ink pen

  • White gel pen

    MEET YOUR INSTRUCTOR: ANNA MUNIZ

    Anna is the artist and owner of Watercoloratx, based in Austin, Texas. Her work is inspired by the architecture and character of her hometown, Austin. Anna taught herself how to watercolor in 2017 and has loved it ever since! When she isn't working on watercolors, she enjoys drinking coffee, playing with her dog Darcy and trying new restaurants!

    Cancellations: We do not allow cancellations as we have committed to compensating our instructor for their time, supplies and talent. However, if you are unable to attend the workshop, let us know within 48 hours and you can either send someone else in your place or have this workshop's materials shipped to you.

    Dietary restrictions: We will be providing a light meal for all of our workshop attendees. At this time we are not able to cater to every dietary restriction but will have a vegetarian option available. (please make a selection at check out, once your selection has been made we are unable to modify.)

    Age requirements: The Paper + Craft Pantry workshops are created for adults and are not recommended for anyone under the age of 18 years old. We are unable to seat anyone under age without a ticketed parent or legal guardian who is also attending this class.
