Learn the magical and practical art of bookbinding with this unique workshop! Chelsea, maker and artist behind Sketchy Notions has curated everything you will need to explore the world of bookbinding!
You will learn the history of book binding as well as hands-on instruction as you stitch a stock cover. Chelsea will teach you how to bind some blank, mixed paper sketchbooks (or journals!) with some pre-printed watercolor covers made especially for this workshop.
With your new knowledge plus full bookbinding kit, you will be able to continue exploring this craft! The supply kit will include: 3 spools of waxed thread, binding needles, travel scissors, 2 bone folders, 2 binder clips, an awl, 25 sheets of paper, 2 watercolor book covers, an instructional booklet and videos of instructions.
