Where Is My Order?

First, we would like to sincerely thank you for choosing to shop small + local this holiday season. 

We are doing our best to pack + ship your orders as fast as we can so your order the best chance of getting to you in time for Christmas on December 25th.

However, it's important to remember that we are still living through a global pandemic and that USPS has been deeply affected as well. 

We are confident that your package will arrive, eventually. You can continue to track the progress while being aware that tracking isn't being scanned every step of the way and not in real time.

Once an order is handed off to USPS, we do not have additional information besides the tracking number - same as you! 

Please allow up to 14 business days (not including weekends or holidays) for your package to arrive to you before reaching out to USPS to file a missing package.
