FLORAL ARRANGEMENTS + FLOWER CROWN WORKSHOP

Class Date: Saturday, February 15th

Class Time: 12pm–3pm

In this class you'll learn the fundamentals of creating and arranging flowers as well as creating a simple fresh flower crown! You will be provided with baby’s breath to learn and create a flower crown, which will air dry and can be preserved to keep forever! You will then be taught how to create a floral arrangement in a cute woven basket. You will get to select from several flowers provided to create your own unique arrangement to take home! 

Please note: the arrangement photo is a sample, not a guarantee of those exact flowers or colors. You’ll leave the workshop with both of your finished products. 

Each workshop ticket includes:

  • 3 hours of hands-on personalized instruction from a talented small business owner and artist

MEET YOUR INSTRUCTOR: KENZIE NIXON

Kenzie is the owner of The Flower Peddler, a mobile flower truck popping up around Austin with fresh flowers for custom bouquet building. She started the business on her bike and shortly after purchased the flower truck in 2019. When she isn’t slinging flowers she is working at the hospital as a registered nurse, hanging out with her dogs and husband, and loves picking up new crafting hobbies.

Cancellations: We do not allow cancellations as we have committed to compensating our instructor for their time, supplies and talent. However, if you are unable to attend the workshop, let us know within 48 hours and you can either send someone else in your place or be able to pick up a completed arrangement (done by the instructor) the following week after the class.

Dietary restrictions: We will be providing a light meal for all of our workshop attendees. At this time we are not able to cater to every dietary restriction but will have a vegetarian option available. (please make a selection at check out, once your selection has been made we are unable to modify.)

Age requirements: The Paper + Craft Pantry workshops are created for adults and are not recommended for anyone under the age of 18 years old. We are unable to seat anyone under age without a ticketed parent or legal guardian who is also attending this class.
